Serving Thompson’s Station
Ten minutes south
on Columbia Pike,
and you are here.
Thompson’s Station sits between us and Franklin, which makes this one of the closest implant practices to the village — close enough that the multi-visit nature of implant treatment stops being an inconvenience.
Why people come here
- Surgery and the finished teeth done by one dentist, under one roof
- Clinical Director of the Resnik Implant Institute — 7,000+ CE hours since 1982
- Relaxation and sedation options for anxious patients
- A written, itemized plan before anything is scheduled

What we do
The treatment Thompson’s Station patients come for.
Single tooth implants
One implant, one crown, and the teeth either side left completely alone.
Full-arch and All-on-4
Four to six implants carrying a fixed arch that does not come out at night.
Implant overdentures
A denture that snaps onto implants instead of floating on the gum.
Bone grafting and sinus elevation
Rebuilding the ridge, or creating height in the upper back jaw, so an implant becomes possible.
TMJ and facial pain
Jaw joint pain, morning headaches and teeth that keep chipping.
Sleep apnea appliances
Custom oral appliances for patients whose physician has agreed they are appropriate.
Cosmetic dentistry
Veneers, bonding and whitening — the shade-and-shape work that decides whether a restoration disappears or announces itself.
Why people travel for this
One dentist, start to finish.
Implant treatment is not one appointment. It is a consultation, a surgery, a handful of reviews and then the restorative visits, spread over three to six months. Being fifteen minutes away rather than an hour is the difference between finishing the plan and abandoning it in month four.
Dr. Robinette handles the surgical and the restorative work himself, which also means fewer appointments overall than a case split between two offices.
Start with an exam and a straight answer.
A consultation includes an examination, imaging and a written, itemized plan. If implants are not the right treatment for you, Dr. Robinette will say so and tell you what is.
