Serving Franklin
Twenty minutes
down 31 or I-65
from Franklin.
Franklin has no shortage of dentists. What it has fewer of is practices where one dentist plans the implant case, performs the surgery and makes the finished teeth — which is the argument for the twenty-minute drive south.
Why people come here
- Surgery and the finished teeth done by one dentist, under one roof
- Clinical Director of the Resnik Implant Institute — 7,000+ CE hours since 1982
- Relaxation and sedation options for anxious patients
- A written, itemized plan before anything is scheduled

What we do
The treatment Franklin patients come for.
Single tooth implants
One implant, one crown, and the teeth either side left completely alone.
Full-arch and All-on-4
Four to six implants carrying a fixed arch that does not come out at night.
Implant overdentures
A denture that snaps onto implants instead of floating on the gum.
Bone grafting and sinus elevation
Rebuilding the ridge, or creating height in the upper back jaw, so an implant becomes possible.
TMJ and facial pain
Jaw joint pain, morning headaches and teeth that keep chipping.
Sleep apnea appliances
Custom oral appliances for patients whose physician has agreed they are appropriate.
Cosmetic dentistry
Veneers, bonding and whitening — the shade-and-shape work that decides whether a restoration disappears or announces itself.
Why people travel for this
One dentist, start to finish.
The case for travelling is continuity and accountability. When the surgery happens in one office and the teeth are made in another, each can reasonably blame the other if the result disappoints. Here one person owns the whole thing.
Dr. Robinette is Clinical Director of the Resnik Implant Institute, with four mini-residencies in Cairo, Egypt in implants and bone grafting and more than 7,000 hours of continuing education since 1982. Franklin patients are welcome for second opinions as well as treatment.
Start with an exam and a straight answer.
A consultation includes an examination, imaging and a written, itemized plan. If implants are not the right treatment for you, Dr. Robinette will say so and tell you what is.
