This website does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Video thumbnails are embedded in the page itself, and nothing is requested from YouTube unless you press play on a video — at which point YouTube’s own privacy terms apply to that request.

The consultation form

Information submitted through the consultation form is used only to contact you about your enquiry and to schedule an appointment. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Please do not include detailed medical history, diagnoses or other sensitive health information in a website form. A form submission is not a secure medical channel and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Bring that information to the appointment instead.

Patient records

Clinical records created once you are a patient of the practice are protected health information and are handled under the practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document available at the front desk.

Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with assistive technology, and honours reduced-motion settings. If you encounter something that does not work for you, please call the office and tell us.
